Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus 10% for fees and shipping cost. If the return is a result of our error then we'll send you a label and offer a full refund (you received an incorrect item, etc.). EDC Lifestyle can not accept returns because an item has a tough action or if a lock feels sticky to you, those issues must be taken up with the manufacturer.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
Once your payment is received we generally try our best to ship within 24 hours. High value items may be delayed to verify address and pass periodic security checks from our merchant provider. If you can add to cart on our web site are in stock and ready to ship. If you require faster or upgraded shipping service please do not hesitate to contact us.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Shipping and Billing address must match due to high instances of fraud. If you require us to ship to an address different then your Billing address then please contact us before placing the order.
Most items will take 2-3 business days to reach you once shipped with some items taking up to five business days depending on the item and restrictions. Most of our items ship free via UPS. USPS is used for AK and HI along with US Territories and apartment buildings. We do send out high value items via FedEx Express and UPS Air when feasible and if you're close then UPS Ground might just be as fast as we are centrally located.
Shipping outside the United States is not free. Free shipping is only applicable to the 50 States.
Canceled Orders
Orders that are canceled before we get a chance to ship may still be charged a restocking fee if it passes the cutoff time for the credit card settlement. Sezzle fees are nonrefundable.
